so you feel sturdy on two feet, but what about two hands? spend an afternoon with matt parente to learn the fundamentals of arm balances plus a few of the most common ones you can use to spice up your practice! everything from crow to eight angle pose (ashtavakrasana, anyone?), learn how to fly when you flow. a regular yoga practice is encouraged.
