MALAS + MIMOSAS

ever seen a beautiful strand of beads wrapped around your fellow yogis wrist or being used in their meditation? this sacred tool is called a mala. a mala is a traditional strand of prayer beads used as a tool to focus the mind, and based on the stone or material they are created with, represent different qualities that can serve a purpose when you need it and carry good energy for you day in and out as you keep it with you.

in this afternoon workshop of creation and community you’ll get to fabricate your own mala and learn about the healing properties of crystals with guest teacher, crystal specialist, and energy worker megan cannon. not only will you create your own mala, you’ll learn about the crystals, what energetic properties they hold, how to meditate with them and more!

workshop includes 2.5 hours of mala making, your own personally designed, high quality mala to take with you, and lessons on how to use and care for malas and crystals, all in a small, intimate group setting with complimentary mimosas (booze optional).
