so you feel sturdy on two feet, but what about two hands? spend an afternoon learning the fundamentals of arm balances plus a few of the most common high flying ones you can use to spice up your practice! start with simple shoulder mechanics, arm placement and overall foundational work (think chaturanga!) to prepare for arm balancing play. everything from forearm balance to handstand and even the hops in between, learn how to fly when you flow. class will wrap up with a little restorative and wrist love action to balance it all out! a regular yoga practice is encouraged.
