feeling like your meditation practice could use a little nudge? whether you’ve been meditating for years or have just toyed with the idea, meditation 101 is for you. in this afternoon session, we will discuss what meditation is, what it isn’t, and expose common myths. we will look at the basics of this type of practice, how to apply it to our lives, and its benefits as an antidote to stress. to tie it all together, sara will guide you through gentle movement to make sure your body is prepared for stillness and meditation, and leave you feeling prepared with the tools you need to begin a meditation practice on your own!
no yoga or meditation experience necessary. please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat.
