Hello! Before you send us an inquiry, please read carefully below:

Though we do review every email received, we have gathered the most commonly asked questions below about how to navigate coming to class and our policies to save some time. If your inquiry falls within one of the most commonly asked questions answered below, you will not receive a response, so it is important to review the information. If your question was not answered here, we will reconnect with you within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note email is the best form of communication. Calls will not be answered when possible only between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.

We appreciate your patience and consideration as we try to take time away from our screens and practice healthy boundaries with work hours during evenings and weekends. 

  • We are open for in-person classes at 510 E 3rd St. You can find our fully interactive and up to date schedule here.

  • If you are looking to purchase passes, you can do this on our schedule page when you sign up. You can visit the bottom of our Passes + Memberships page to see all available purchase options.

  • Please read our late cancel/no show policy on the policies page and always make sure to allow extra time for parking and traffic. We are not responsible for missed class due to parking issues, personal scheduling issues, or illness. You can avoid the late cancel/no show fee by de-registering up to 2 hours before class begins.

  • If your gift certificate was purchased before March 28th, 2024: Please send info@speakeasydayton.com a photo of your gift certificate or copy of your purchase email. We will redeem your pass for you and confirm once it is loaded to your account. If your certificate was purchased after you will be able to access this via your account on Momence using the app.

  • Please refer to Vimeo support team to help you out. Any virtual studio account/tech questions, please visit this page <https://virtualstudio.speakeasydayton.com/help>, do not contact

    Speakeasy. This includes charges placed for your virtual pass, we cannot issue refunds or access billing for this.

  • We are so excited to share virtualstudio.speakeasydayton.com. Should you need to cancel your Speakeasy Virtual Studio pass, you can do this by accessing your account on the virtual studio website (not via Momence account, which is what you use for in-studio visits). If you have not yet logged in, use your regular email and go through the “reset my password” process.

  • For in-person Speakeasy auto-debit passes: All purchases are non-refundable. We have our purchase and registration policy listed on the pass page as well as in the auto-email that sends to you when you purchase your pass. We do not issue refunds once charges have been placed. Month Unlimited can be cancelled after the 3rd charge. Basic membership can be cancelled anytime.

    For Speakeasy Virtual Studio Memberships: Virtual Studio memberships have a 7 day cancellation/refund window after your charge. Since your virtual studio pass is billed through Vimeo and not Speakeasy directly, we do not have the ability to issue refunds. Instead, please visit the Vimeo help page to contact the Vimeo OTT support team where they will be able to help you.
