Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep”, is a relaxation practice that has been around for hundreds of years. During the practice, Lindsey Stidham will get you set up as comfortable as possible using all the fixins', and guide you through layers of consciousness into an “awake” sleep through mental images and sensations. When you emerge from class, you will feel well-rested and deeply relaxed.
Yoga nidra is a wonderful practice to add to your self care routine, especially as we embark on a new year.
