Sculpt is a low-impact, high-intensity full body workout that combines elements of barre, pilates, and various body weight exercises. Each class with M’Le is set to an upbeat playlist and led by the rhythm to keep you inspired every step of the way. Whether you’re a seasoned fitness fanatic or just getting started, all levels are welcome and will enjoy a well-rounded fitness experience!
