Join Allie each month for a class learning about one specific chakra and how to integrate ancient energetic balancing techniques with your everyday asana practice and strengthen your spiritual mind-body connection.
Each chakra is believed to be associated with a pranayama (breath), mantra (seed sound), mudra (sacred gesture), and asana (posture) that work to bring the chakra into balance. We’ll put these techniques into practice together so bring a journal and pen, be ready to flow, and maybe even wear the chakra color!
