FLOW OUT LOUD | All Levels
A welcoming, all-levels class to move, breathe, connect, and get a feel for Bradshaw’s teaching style. This session is less about performance and more about presence, giving you space to settle into your body in a way that feels both accessible and intentional.
Expect a thoughtful, well-rounded flow that builds awareness, encourages curiosity, and creates space to both challenge and ground yourself. Along the way, you’ll be guided toward a clearer understanding of how your body moves, helping you make more intentional choices in your practice.
You’ll leave feeling more centered, open, and connected, both physically and mentally.
Class will be offered three different times:
SPRING INTO HANDSTANDS | Teachers + Experienced Students
A smart, progressive approach to building a sustainable handstand practice. This workshop breaks down key anatomical principles to help students develop strength, stability, and confidence upside down.
Includes drills, partner work, and step-by-step progressions to make handstands more accessible and teachable. By understanding how the shoulders, core, and wrists work together, students will develop a stronger awareness of how to support themselves more efficiently.
SUSTAINABLE PRACTICE: BURNOUT, BALANCE & THE YAMAS + NIYAMAS | All Levels/Teachers
A space to step back, slow down, and reconnect with the deeper purpose of the practice. This workshop explores burnout through the lens of both the yoga teacher and student experience, offering practical tools to navigate overwhelm, over-efforting, and imbalance.
Drawing from the yamas and niyamas, students will reflect on how these foundational teachings can support more sustainabl habits, both on and off the mat.
By reconnecting to intention and awareness, students and teachers can create a practice that feels more supportive, grounded, and sustainable over time.
Expect a blend of gentle movement, discussion, and reflection, leaving with a clearer sense of balance, intention, and long-term sustainability in your practice and teaching.
