Perfect for all levels of yoga experience. (even if you have none!) This class is here to help you slow down, reconnect, and go inward. A perfect mix of gentle movement, long stretches, and restorative yoga allows you to destress, release tension, increase healthy mobility, and find space for quiet reflection. Whether your typical practice is powerful or you opt for a gentle set of postures, this class is the perfect complement. This class will include lots of floor time and is not fully heated.
