This informative 4-week class series is meant for true beginners, so if you're looking to start from scratch, learn the basics, and become confident with a yoga practice, this is the class for you! Here you will move slowly to gain understanding of the most foundational poses and breathing methods, which will help get you ready to attend any of our regularly scheduled drop in classes!*
*Starter will be offered intermittently and we encourage you to attend all 4 classes as this is a progressive series.
