feeling like your meditation practice could use a little nudge? whether you’ve been meditating for years or have just toyed with the idea, meditation 101 is for you. in this afternoon session with joane wire, we will be discussing what meditation is-and what it isn’t. we will look at the basics of this type of practice, how to apply it to our lives, and its benefits as an antidote to stress. to tie it all together, we will practice meditating together using tools such as guided meditation and mantra.
