Want to spice up your practice a little? This workshop will take familiar, traditional flows (and maybe some new ones) and add a focus on details of hand-standing and transitions from asana to asana. It will consist of sun salutations as the set up towards hand standing, drills that will bring attention to hand placement and shoulder girdle understanding and key components needed to make your hand standing more confident and comfortable.
This workshop will be offered both in-person and virtually. Sign up is the same, we will send you the broadcast link before the session.
