What’s included:

  • 7 night stay at a 275 acre coastal farm + retreat, offering inspiration + community for the modern traveller. 

  • Daily yoga sessions and one workshop led by Megan Cannon + Tori Reynolds

  • Locally sourced and fresh breakfast, lunch and dinner provided on site every day, with most of the produce coming from either the property, or a nearby farm. Dietary needs can be accommodated.

  • Time to explore nearby towns and beaches.

  • Getting to spend time with an intimate group of like-minded practitioners

Where You’ll Stay:

  • Cocoon is pure magic, between the oversized hammocks and the coastal bluffs, you'll start to lose track of time.  The kind of place where each morning is a celebration, practicing under the canopy of old growth pines, but so is each evening, with world class wine and fascinating dinner conversation.     

  • Situated about a two hour drive south from Lisbon on the breathtaking Atlantic coast of Portugal in the Alentejo region, which is known for its long stretches of untouched coastline and charming white-washed villages.

  • The ocean, with bluffs, trails, and sandy coves, is just a 15 minute drive away.

  • The retreat center boasts 11 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, each bedroom opens to an outdoor courtyard. 

  • Each room has two single beds, that can be situated well for snugglers or snorers.

  • 8 of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining 3 rooms share a bathroom.

  • Traveling solo? No problem! Some of the rooms can be booked as a single, and if solo and prefer to share a room we are happy to coordinate you with other solo travelers.

Where You’ll Practice:

  • Each day we will choose between the indoor shala or the outdoor pine shala.

  • The retreat center is fully stocked with quality yoga props, a solid speaker system, tibetan singing bowls, palo santo and good vibes.

  • The indoor shala is light filled and has enough windows and doors for the air to circulate freely. The floor is hand-made traditional Portuguese Santa Catarina tiles, which are both beautiful and a joy to practice on.

  • The outdoor shala has wood floors, and is shaded by a handful of old-growth pines. The outdoor shala has no walls, and is just a 3 minute walk from the house.
